When will I get my order?
It usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Shipping times vary depending on your location and are estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We work with fulfillment facilities worldwide, so your order will be shipped from the location that can deliver most efficiently to you.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
Additional customs and tax fees may apply on international orders. These fees are beyond our control and are assessed by your local customs office. Please check with them to see if they apply any duties or taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before reaching out, please:
Check your shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct.
Ask your local post office if they’re holding the package.
Check with neighbors in case the courier left it with them.
If everything seems correct and your package is still missing, please contact us at help@pogiclothing.com with your order number, and we’ll look into it. If there was an address error, we can send a replacement, but shipping will be at your cost.

We work with a network of facilities worldwide. Your order is produced at the location that can fulfill it most efficiently based on your address.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you have any questions about tracking, contact us at help@pogiclothing.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?
We’re sorry for any issues with your order! Please email us at help@pogiclothing.com within a week of receiving your item, including photos of the wrong or damaged product, your order number, and any other details. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by visiting our Returns Policy page or contacting us at help@pogiclothing.com!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, please check our Returns Policy page or contact us at help@pogiclothing.com with photos of the wrong or damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit best, please refer to our sizing charts, which are available for every item in the product description section. If an item you ordered was mislabeled, please visit our Returns Policy page, or let us know at help@pogiclothing.com within a week of receiving it. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!
