We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Pogi Clothing Co! If you experience any issues, please review our return policy below.

1. Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

2. Return Address and Notifications The return address is set by default to our production partner’s facility. When we receive a returned shipment, we will notify you via email. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If an alternative return address is provided, you will be responsible for any returned shipments sent directly to that address.

3. Incorrect Address If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once we confirm an updated address.

4. Unclaimed Shipments Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

5. Health and Hygiene Restrictions For health and hygiene reasons, Pogi Clothing Company does not accept returns for sealed goods, such as face masks. Any returned face masks cannot be reshipped and will be disposed of appropriately.

6. Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse We currently do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Returns for items such as face masks or exchanges for size or color are processed at your expense and discretion. If you decide to offer returns or exchanges to your customers, a new order will need to be placed at your expense for the replacement item.

7. Special Notice for EU Consumers Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized items.
  • Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Therefore, Pogi Clothing Company reserves the right to refuse returns at our discretion for these types of products.
